It’s a team with no identity, like a team in limbo. Players out of contract not knowing where they’ll be, youngsters not yet established, manager on a short term contract. So many people with uncertain futures, no stability & difficult to commit. The club has allowed this situation to develop, it’s a mindset , psychological state which has lost the positivity built over the previous two decades.
This isn’t a team in transition, it’s a disjointed club without any plan for the future.
It appears that the hierarchy are prepared to let the Club drop to the depths of the League. Why would they want this to happen? It doesn't make sense.
