Thread: Away pub for tomorrow?

    Away pub for tomorrow?

From what I’ve heard, the Knight’s Templar at Temple Meads station won’t be having away fans tomorrow. Anyone got any alternatives, or anyone know where they’re going pre-match up there yet?

Morning All, news from Bristol: the Knights Templar is not opening tomorrow until 11.00hrs, and there is no designated pub for Cardiff fans as nobody wants to take them unfortunately.
Beer will be available at the Stadium.
    PLEASE SHARE!!

Really, I wonder if they'll be asked to share their beer too?

The Commercial Rooms (wetherspoons) is around at 15 minute walk from Temple Meads, it opens at 8am. Very stupid from whoever has made this decision(s)

The Old Fish Market on Baldwin Street might also be an option. It’s a big Fuller’s pub, so the beer will be better than Brexit ‘Spoons!
Plenty of buses go along Baldwin Street, as well.

We ended up having a pint outside in the fan-zone, and then another inside, under the stand. In both cases we were served quite quickly. Quite a good set-up, to be fair. Not so great at half-time though...too busy.
