It was but we still failed and were one of the bigger budgets at the time. He would struggle to get much creativity from this lot.

Short term it probably needed a Warnock type from a few years back. Not saying that's the route we should have necessarily gone down as it has its drawbacks but we are certainly crying out for someone to just come in and organise.
