Not really seeing much to be concerned about. The picture looks worse than it probably is. In the first picture his leg is firmly planted and tensing his leg, in the second both feet are off the ground and relaxed. I’m sure he would’ve lost some muscle from lack of training but if you compare his calves in both pics the difference is much less dramatic than it originally looks.
he has lost some muscle, not the end of the world imho, he would pull up trees for Wales, he will dig deep and attempt to get us over the line
