    It’s cheap and relatively easy to borrow money presently, once this changes , the process will take a downward trajectory across the board. Inflation is on the rise.

    Had a meeting today and the forecast is as follows :-

    apparently in the last year house prices increased on average 10% , next year they are forecast to increase 2% then flattening out ( at last) with variants based on location.

    I count my blessings that I bought about 8 years ago. I feel desperately sorry for younger people, with stagnant wages, insane prices and high rent levels most will struggle to save a deposit. We must increase the amount of homes built asap.
