I'm going to hazard a guess (probably a poor one at that!) that only Joe Ralls, Will Vaulks and Aden Flint (unfortunately), will be here at the club next season
He does talk a good game with his presentations, not convinced he will but I genuinely hope he nails it

Morrison is an interesting one. He's been a top performer for us over many years, but he was genuinely awful when he played this season and he'll miss the first few months of next season recovering from his torn ACL.
Those 3 would not surprise me.
Vaulks is a hopeless footballer but has other assets such as experience, spirit and Welshness.
Morrison would be our best central defender is he could be fit, although I feared he had lost his legs before he was injured this season. But a great clubman who has seen success with us.
Ralls, despite his performance against the Jacks, has has been our best midfielder in an area where the bar has been unbelievably low for some seasons. He also has tasted success and has experience.
So not a bad shout.
Smithies, Morrison,Pack,Vassell,Brown, Bacuna & Murphy going.
I'd be amazed if any of those were to be offered new contracts.
Out of those 3 it’s only maybe Morrison who might get one. Possibly short term with the club having an option to extend if he proves his fitness.
Although if Flint is staying then we won’t need both.
Also if the rumours are true that we are after Michael Hector then I’d doubt either are staying.

Well Morrison me buggered off on holiday so if he’s not still injured then he’s definitely off IMO
Of course he's still injured. He ruptured his ACL in February. He'll be lucky to play again this year.
Hector joined Fulham from Chelsea in January 2020. I can't believe City could afford his wages next season, although I guess yet another loan would be a possibility.

Ralls and a short term deal for Morrison.
The rest need to go though id preferred Smithies to stay.
I'm sure smithies would have been offered something but probably not even half what he is earning now. More like a third or a quarter of his current wage and he's unlikely to accept in that situation.
What Morison says indicates to me that he knows which players will accept offers and who wont, plus those they don't want to offer contracts to in the first place.
