How sad. What a pity. Never mind.

Could be on a slippery slope if they are not too careful!

Feel sorry for the fans, but the owners deserve relegation I’m afraid

Yes, it is harsh on the fans, but you can't blatantly break all the rules (not just once, but again and again) and hope to get away with it. I wonder how long they'll be down in League One.

I guess sympathy levels might waver based on where you were on "Snowgate". As I was walking up the road to the ground when a couple of stewards told me it was off, before I peered through the turnstiles to a pristine pitch I have less sympathy than some.

On the return visit a few weeks later when we got Jerome'd I can't remember those fans being too shamed by the day. That said The Brunswick Inn between the station and the canal is one of the best pubs on the circuit and to be fair the fans in there were decent. I will miss that

A little burst of sunshine on a dour day.

After their purple patch when they looked likely to get clear of trouble, they have imploded. Such a shame!

I went to that game on a private coach , and it was wrong , however ,the financial mismanagement was worse especially when they signed Rooney

Good. If you break the rules repeatedly then you deserve to be punished.

Rooney looks like he might be a decent manager though.

But I have no sympathy for them or their crowing fans, compounded by Snowgate.

C'mon Matt, this is Cardiff City we're talking about. We'd have rolled over and let them tickle our stomachs!
Probably gift them the goal that kept them up, in the dying minutes of added time. Followed by a celebration pitch invasion by their fans.
No, I'm glad they're already down.

Fair play to Rooney as it seems he'll stay on as manager.
He doesn't hold back on his feelings about the previous owner either.

When you look at the squad costs for each team in the Championship Derby’s was the sixth highest. The media love in regarding Rooney is laughable. Derby barely had any injuries all season. Plenty of red cards though. They have picked up one point away from home this year.

I’m far from convinced that he is up to it. Time will tell.
