It happens , City had ( might still have) an academy in Pontadawe, Swansea have one in Cardiff and another in the Valleys, so bound to be a crossover.

Looks like we’ve got development centres in Bristol, Merthyr, RCT, Oswestry, ( Dragon Development) , West Glamorgan , Newport from what I’ve found
