    Very interesting piece of work that is - cheers for posting.

    Some of the stats are a little tricky to interpret and curiously laid out but it is very thorough

    There is so much to do.

    it isn't easy, projects in London are always going to be more tempting, as the additional money and population there mean that the payback is always better than elsewhere.
    the government needs a real desire and to look beyond that and focus on projects that will encourage levelling up, but I don't think they have the will to do.it beyond some empty platitudes

    The intention is an honourable one, but “levelling up” was always going to be too much like hard work for this Prime Minister.
