Burnley going down would be the best outcome.

There was talk on the radio earlier that they are in a perilous financial situation and could free fall.

Leeds going down would be best because it's Leeds.

There's a quote on the BBC website that Everton fans were crying cos they've avoided relegation. People are idiots.

If Forest go up, we'll need a side we can get 6 points from.

I heard the same piece on the radio, the new owners borrowed £65m against the club to enable the purchase, so they'll lose £55m in tv revenue and have to service a £65m debt in the Championship. I think they also said 9 players are out of contract at the end of the season.

If Forest don't get promoted and Leeds drop that's a 12 point bonus.

Imagine a league containing all our bogey teams. Now that would a nightmare. Give me one with Forest, Leeds, Derby and Preston any day.

Burnley and Leeds not happy about Everton's spending. They've gone way over on FFP, but are claiming £170m of their losses were due to covid (way more than other clubs have said it cost them). https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/61529371

So basically every team that gets relegated these days looks for something to sue the club that manages to escape the drop

Do clubs use the woman's team as a way of offsetting losses , rather than invest more in development and give the players higher (and more equal ) wages then they are currently receiving?
