Similar in England isn’t it? Man Utd, Liverpool, arsenal aren’t the main England contingent are they?

Aren't Celtic and Rangers fans too immersed in what's going in Ireland to even realise Glasgow is actually in Scotland?

Been to a few Celtic games and can't remember ever seeing a Scottish saltire flag. Plenty of Irish Tricolour though.

Seen Rangers a couple of times and the flag most prominent is the Union Jack, although there waa a Scottish saltire in amongst them but was outnumbered by Northern Irish flag.

That’s always been my impression of Scottish football as well. Don’t think i saw one Saltire in the crowd when Rangers played the final in Seville. Strange lot !!

In fairness to Jimmy the Jock we've had previous conversations on here where he's said that some of the fans that follow the Old Firm seem to be sectarian loopers.

Glasgow as a city is a great place for going on the rip. Socialist in outlook and very outward looking, modern and cosmopolitan. It's just some of the knobheads who follow both the Old Firm that gives it a poor image. Funnily though most of those knobheads probably hail from outside Glasgow, Ulster or some non descript towns in the shires of England. There's even a few Taff's who've subscribed to being fully indoctrinated by both sets of loopers and spouting off nonsense.

great city review ( Ive enjoyed Glasgow in the past ) one point you missed and its important to the " CCMB Crowd " does it still have 'native Scottish folk' as its inhabitants ? ??

Apparently the likes of Ayr United, Partick Thistle are represented heavily in the tartan army because outside of the top two there is absolutely no real chance of winning a thing so the only way to go to Europe etc is with national team

It's the same reason why Shrewsbury, Maidstone United and aldershot are waving flags at England games

And it could be true of Wales too .....Nefyn United , Newtown fans showing their support

Great puns but The Magnificent Seven wasn't actually a spaghetti western. It was filmed in Mexico.

Deepest, darkest Merthyr. It is for the area the equivalent of the Hamptons are for New York and Long Island.
