I find it curious because isn't Just Eat's business model to basically take something fairly cheap and then add their slice as a middle man and then deliver it to people?

Essentially it's creating a service where one wasn't there before and only adds to costs?

Entrepreneurial tsar maybe...cost of living tsar...I'm not so sure.
