    Do we think so?

If he's coming to City he's not going to be playing every game. Throw in the fact Wales hardly sell out even when he's guaranteed to be playing and I don't see that much of a rush to see a player who may walk after the World Cup concludes and is injury prone to say the least?

I see Bale putting a decent number on individual games attendances if playing?

He'd raise the profile of City for a short period of time though.

I can’t find anything on either their sales or ours .

The limited capacity was only for the first couple of games there by the way

The club published that they had sold most (if not all ) of the rest

Swansea like us have a solid harcore support which if we are doing well and playing good football could stretch to 17 or 18 k

Neither club though has the support base like Sunderland have

All you have to do is log on to your CCFC account and go to season tickets you can see every seat that is available . It takes minutes to do a rough calculation of tickets sold.

I know what happened last year. It was all season tickets for £99 each

As for this season I’m not sure I’d trust any of the posters on there 😂

Perhaps ,however, the guy who told me is a loyal fan and has no reason to fib about the amount of season tickets they have sold either regardless of last seasons cost.

12,950 is what he told me a few weeks ago which is excellent

Their ticket prices have been as cheap as chips for years.

Historically their average attendances have been poor.

Do you remember paying 3 , 4 and 5 quid to watch ccfc under Rick Wright ?

Cardiff City are in no position to talk about people bashing down the gates to get in to watch us

Bradford City are a sleeping giant

Huddersfield have sold around 15,500 season tickets according to their chief executive:

That’s very good sales for them.

    Re: Season Ticket Sales

Bale or not , Cardiff City need to be matching Bristol City , Swansea, Watford etc as the excuses of pandemic and not much money to space applies to those clubs too

Not everyone can afford a season ticket or indeed are able to attend matches regularly but if we can't sell 13000 season tickets we are fecked as far as talk of being a club with potential goes

It's probably not true. A brief look at the ticketing shows no availability in 4 blocks of the Canton and very little in much of the Ninian

I don't think I've seen a physical advert for tickets yet though, could probably with actually advertising them

Yeah the 6k figure was just someone fibbing. Apparently we’ve sold ~12k which seems about right.

13000 is good , on a par with other clubs in the division on the whole

Well done to the club and fans 👏

    Re: Season Ticket Sales

With 1 month left of ST sales and away fans and walk up fans we should be getting around 19k for most games which isn’t bad. Start the season well and we should be getting over 20k.
