Apparently Southampton and Brentford are interested in him , but Brentford have signed Lewis -Potter from Hull for £17m.
12 goals for him last year for Hull. Davies has to be worth more than £2.5m if you take the Brentford fee into account.

I doubt that Smithies will play many games for Leicester. He was pretty poor in his last two seasons with us.
He will probably be the Leicester 'Brian Murphy' - always there, always professional, no trouble, and available if there is ever a crisis.
