    Yeah, agreed.

I keep reading Noel saying (about High Flying Birds) "this is the best album i've ever made"..

Ummm, No Noel, absolutely shite. So middle of the road it makes Dire Straits look like the sex pistols.

Taxman is a harrison song - I'm not sure he tends to cover the one he didn't write. So sadly that would leave out quite a few bangers like Taxman, Come Together, Hey Bull Dog, Revolution

No. I wanted to watch it this morning, after only catching thr first half hour or so yesterday.
People have also been whinging that it wasn't shown live last night, but an hour later than live. It would explain why, when I tuned in to the Pyramid live feed on the Red Button yesterday, they were showing Billie Eilish.

I watched it last night, and thought it was a bit downbeat. There were a hundred or so songs he could have played, and that's just th Beatles material. But then I thought, hell, he can play what he likes. It was still a storming set, and for an 80 year old, it was astonishing. Great to see all ages singing along, and knowing all the words.

Are you sure no one was singing 'City' instead of 'Hey Jude'?😄

I have heard that it goes on 24 hours after the original broadcast, so should be on soon.

Can you name another living performer as influential as him deserving of the Saturday night slot ?

So you enjoyed him playing songs no one had heard ?
And saying I aint playing the songs you want to hear ?

There are hundreds, nay thousands of performers who could have done a far better job than he did .
    And you know it

Thousands of performers who could have delivered a more flawless performance - yes

How many of them could have commanded such a big crowd and retained their interest?

Well if you look at the playlist your comments are not correct

I would have loved day tripper for example

I'm sensing a lot of anger Sludge. Perhaps focus on spirituality and meditation. Have you thought about religion?

He performed 22 Beatles songs and 8 Wings songs. I think he’s entitled to also perform a few he’s written in the last 45 years.

You won't be allowed inside any where your face is familiar. No woman parishioner would be safe when within your groping range.

You've had the hump since Glasto started. I've told you enough times Barry Manilow will never appear there. Accept it and move on.

Do you agree with Charlotte Church is getting better with age ?

No, she looks mumsier and more rotund by the day.

Caught up with the missing half a dozen songs at the end. Where an 80 year gets the energy to perform like that is quite astonishing. I've seen him three times live and yes his voice isn't what it once was but he's lost none of his swagger and musicianship. Just great.

Outstanding wasn't he? I've always been more of a John Lennon fan but his set was unbelievable.
