That's own goal all day long. You just have to look at the keepers reaction - it takes a complexly different trajectory after it comes off the Ukrainian. I think if an opposition player is static and it comes off them for a goal fair enough - give it to the attacker. But Yamelenko consciously moved towards the ball and stuck his head on it and wrong footed the keeper.
