I am not 'tarring everyone with the same brush' as you call it, there are many decent politicians on all sides, just as there .

Sorry Elwood, I can't agree, your generality condemns the political institutions. Many people would like nothing better than wash their hands of politicians altogether and wish a plague on all their houses. I think it irresponsible to give succour to that view. Just my opinion Elwood, yours is entirely different to mine and I respect that. At least it's refreshing to have a good natured discourse with you absent of petty ad hominem digs.

No I won't. I will point out your ignorance instead, because you are probably the kind of person who would cover up all kinds of incidents inside a political party because it would be damaging to allow justice to be done.

Your belief that one party is less likely to have scandals, harbour criminals, abusers or scoundrels is exactly the kind of belief that people who do such things rely upon to get away with it.

I would say you should be ashamed of yourself, but that would require you to take stock of someone else's opinion, which you are demonstrably incapable of doing.

I would say that you are just a conceited jerk who has an overblown opinion of his own self worth.

You are showing your own ignorance now because you are entrenched in your own cosy little world since being the spoilt brat in a wealthy family that indulged your misplaced sense of superiority since an early age. You just feel people like you should get your just desserts in life and the Devil can take the hindmost.

You know nothing about me if you did you would understand I cannot tolerate prejudice or iniquity of any kind. You make yourself sound like a raving fool.

I do not believe in prosperity for the few, small state, aspiration, low taxes, competition, racism etc etc. That is me in a nutshell and that's why I despise the Tories and their shameful philosophy. I'm entitled to that and I do not need a conceited nobody like you to tell me otherwise.

I deliberately do not message you because I can't stomach your bilge. You chose to address me today. I'd prefer you don't because I don't like you.

Anyway I won't be continuing in this infantile slanging match with you because I have work to do even though it always appears you don't. Andrea Jenkins to you!

You seriously do need help Dorcus. You shouldn't be hate filled like that and make such gross assumptions on people. Sort yourself out and stop ruining sensible discussions. Clearly you are incapable of realising that people who support 'your side' are also liable to be abusers, liars, cheats, racists and all the rest. Here's some reading for you (Pointless I know)

Your assumptions on me personally are preposterous. Get a hold of yourself, stop lying and stop endlessly spreading mistruths and defending some total myth that certain parties are goodies and others baddies.

There are good and bad in all parties, and that you fail to see that is exactly the kind of opinion that someone who has been radicalised online would think.

Every year it's hotter, every year wealth inequality increases, every year poverty increases, every year it's harder to live a good life.

You defend the current system with every breath. You've never had an original thought purely repeating lines given to you by the billionaire class through their media.

How can you not see that anything other than far right is now denounced as extreme. Tories have gone ****ing insane, Labour have lurched right massively. Anything else is derided in the capitalist media.

It's exhausting, if you have young people in your family they will utterly despise you as they get older.

Why is it the more educated you are the less likely you are to vote brexit or tories? (https://yougov.co.uk/topics/politics...neral-election)

You've had everything you want for the past 12 years and look at the state of the UK. You tell Dorcus he needs help and he's been radicalised? I say anyone who isn't furious at how working/young people being robbed and how mental this clown island is are the ones who've been radicalised. To any developed country not run by Murdoch media we look absolutley mental.

i get there are good and bad in politics, where we and most sane people differ from you is that there has never been a prime minister in british political history without any obvious moral compass who had lied, denied, lied, denied, repeat.
Even his resignation speech was devoid of any self awareness or sense of apology (everyone else's fault but his apparently and downed by the herd) if you cannot accept he is out on his own as the worse most totally ill equipped for the office of PM we have ever had then you my friend are part of the problem as were his sycophants in his party

MY intention wasn't to condemn all political institutions though Dorcus. Just those whichever party they are
who fall below the standards we are entitled to from our politicians either because they do something illegal or they allow the money power and status to corrupt

My point was that all parties have people who are guilty of this. Going back to the expenses scandal it is noticeable that 5 Labour MP's were imprisoned but no tories although one tory Lord was sent to jail. Having said that it was always a wonder to me that so many on all sides avoided serious punishment.

This is just another rant full of unsubstantiated opinions, some of which I agree with, some of which I don't, and some of which are false.

My point is, you making out that some political parties are inherently less likely to harbour bad people is utterly false and exactly the kind of opinion that people within those parties rely on to get away with the various abuses of power or crimes that they do.

There are an enormous number of scandals within Labour and the Tories in recent and past years as there are in all parties proportionate to their size. To say otherwise is completely false. I can usually handle people being wrong but this is dangerously wrong and is a pre-requisite to getting away with it.

Different topic to what we were talking about. I am also old enough to remember marching against the Iraq war in London and Cardiff and there are plenty of people blown to pieces because of that war and the dubious truths that were told to justify it. I don't judge Tony Blair entirely badly as a result - he was a good PM on balance but I trust him no more than Johnson.

There may be bad apples everywhere in life Elwood but my assertion is that the Tories have a monopoly of them. One of the main reasons for that is that it is a central Tory belief that the individual should make the most of his or her opportunities solely for their own gain. They vaunt aspiration as a fundamental goal to cherish. Socialists on the other hand place equality as their overarching tenet.

It doesn't mean to me that all Tories are all equally as repugnant. Although I could never agree with their politics, there have been a few senior Tories I regard with great respect. People like Dominic Grieve, David Gauke, Anna Soubry and Justine Greening are of that Ilk. However, sadly the present day leadership candidates represent a grotesque clutch of the worst Tory traits.

I'm sure you won't agree but in any case it's struck me as highly unlikely anyone is going to change their belief system from a conversion on a football message board whatever happens.

Do the people who live in Ukraine, Poland etc get a say or is it just Russia that determines who they can deal with?

Honestly, you are little more than a bigot. And seemingly completely oblivious to the crimes that have occurred throughout history under socialism and the good done under centre-right governments (and vice versa).

The fact you view things so grotesquely black and white means you either don't know your history or are blind to it.

It genuinely disturbs me some of the stuff you write. I've known quite a few politicians in my time (mainly councillors) through work and you really could do with meeting a few in the same way a racist could do with meeting a few different people.

Honestly you are just a thoroughly despicable troll and you are deluded thinking that I have even the slightest interest in your infantile rantings. You appear to be a chilling type of psychopath who wants to instill his dreadful beliefs on others. I'm no bigot but I despise inconsequential tosspots like you. Stop trolling me and go and do something useful like piss off into the oblivion.

Do the ethnic Russians in lodansk, Crimea, Donbass get an independence referendum? No it was refused by Zylynsky, the CIA puppet. You reallư need to balance your news intake a bit. All this pantomime rubbish served up by our media is a joke. If you think our zionist media is balanced, look how they smeared Corbyn as a antisemite.
