thanks, very rough impression from watching that:

    The pitch looked excellent
I like the look of Tanner - looks a lot more powerful than I was expecting.
I think Jamilu Collins was a bit unfairly criticized for the first goal.
Looks like we were trying to do a bit more pressing at times, although the conditions were hardly ideal for that.
Our third goal was a thing of beauty - who needs a new striker, lets put Bagan up there.

I agree with everything you say bar putting Bagan up front. Although you were jesting, I think? We definitely need a decent striker, or two, before the season kicks off

I hate to tell you but that's not our pitch, we play at a far bigger stadium across the road

You would have thought that the lack of seats on three sides, the running track and all the trees would have given it away

Just out of curiosity and for my own learning, who do you think was at fault there?

A free cross to a free header shouldn't happen right?

the number 9 gets played through and Collins has to go with him, or he's free in the box.
9 cuts it back and someone else should have picked up the run from the guy who crossed it.
When Collins notices that nobody is tracking him he does move to close him down - and yes he could have made a bit more effort to get there, but in reality he probably wouldn't have got there anyway.

that's just the way I saw it anyway.
