Ukraine has had America and the CIA buying influence in it's country since the 90s. So much for a "sovereign" state. Sovereign states are few and far between, most are owned by the international banking system.
If Ireland got heavily influenced by say China and China were intent on regime change in Britain. And China would potentially put Chinese nuclear weapons and millitary on Irish soil with nukes aimed at Britain. And the British cost of living would increase exponentially due to Irish agriculture being controlled by China. I would fully expect the British military to intervene in Ireland. Wouldn't you?
