Unfortunately, I don't find it hard to imagine at all. McCarthy wasn't interested in anyone with a bit of quality. Looking back, I don't know why he came here or what he was trying to do. I can't see him managing at this level again.

It looked like Ng fouled Pukki after the Ralls pull back, which was why he was pushed over.

Ralls was far too slow in the first place and contributed largely to the sending off.
