Nonsense really, as these powers already exist. Most cases of islamic extremism will rely upon someone wanting to do damage to people because they are British, based on a hatred of Britain etc.

I don't believe for one second that there is any kind of loophole that allows someone with a violent hatred of Britain to get so far without being picked up.
