66 minutes into the season and an incident which results in an FA summons. I wonder if that is a record?

Jon (thanks) posted this in the match thread but it may get missed.
It follows a second half brawl that saw Perry Ng, Joe Ralls, Andy Rinomhota and Grant Hanley all getting booked.
NG and Hanley later received second yellow cards in separate incidents that saw both players sent off.
Trouble flared midway through the second half when a foul on Teemu Pukki saw several players getting involved.
The FA have released the following statement:
"Cardiff City FC and Norwich City FC have been charged with a breach of FA Rule E.20.1 following their EFL Championship fixture on Saturday 30 July 2022.
"It is alleged that both clubs failed to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the 66th minute of the fixture.
"Both clubs have until Monday 8 August to provide a response."

Maybe the ref should be charged for not being able to run a raffle - lost control completely because of his ineptness
Has anyone heard anything about Perry's unusual medical condition that makes his face hurt when someone puts their hands on his chest?
Rivaldo had a similar condition
