These PL owners [top 7/8] have bottomless pockets and will literally spend anything it takes to win as much ubiquitous 'silverware' as they can. True, these clubs have enormous income from all sources, but they're not run on a business model. Just run up massive debt that the clubs aren't accountable for. The total window spend in the PL exceeded the German,Spanish and Italian leagues combined.

A definite red flag moment regarding his temperament and suitability for football management. He's never really lasted long in any of his recent jobs either. He seems to be good on the tactical side, and very poor at managing people and situations.

I'd hazard a guess and say they are being advised by other footballing people outside of the club, (they'd be stupid if they weren't).
