If Danny Ward was taking over as our top option when he wasn't playing at all, hard to see him being replaced when he is playing regularly in the prem, even if he is playing badly for a poor team with a terrible defense.

The other option is to go back to Hennessey who hasn't played regularly as a starting goalie for 5 years now. Beyond that it's what... Davies who is the backup for a Championship team or drop into league two for King?

I could not put it better myself. Everything about him is...well just right. Skill, team work, attitude, temperament, ability to read the game, bravery, natural goalscorer. A gem of a footballer and as you say, quite possibly the most underrated player in the world.

I really don't know why he went to be a backup at Forest. I guess Kompany was signing Muric anyway but Wayne is a decent keeper. Shame he isn't playing regularly. He's good enough too, he's good enough to start for at least one PL club!
