Haven't seen a single England flag on a car

We're almost there and I have yet to see a single England flag on a car. Thankfully, I'll be in Wales on Monday.

I haven't noticed many England flags around me - in England. A few - but far less than for the last WC (or Euros).

They're all confused because it's our winter. These flags can only surface during the summer months.
