Alleged England Starting XI v Iran
Pickford
Trippier - Stones - Maguire - Shaw
Mount - Rice - Bellingham
Saka - Kane - Sterling
I don't really follow much Premier League football, however, one player that always seems to impress me whenever I do catch a game is Phil Foden.
Why isn't he starting for England; who in that England starting lineup is keeping him out?
I think this will be the only time in my life that I'll be hoping for a win for Iran.
He is some talent but I'm not sure that Southgate knows how to fit him into the team with the system he tends to rely on.
If that line up is correct then I expect that him and Grealish will be the impact players on the bench.
Is that the stadium Marina Hyde says looks like a giant vagina?

Once that gets into your head it's very hard to shift it!
It looks like a bar of soap to me!

I know that the instinct is to hope that England lose and it goes against the grain, but would a draw be our best bet in this?
Or do people not rate Iran
Talk on the BBC coverage of problems getting fans into the stadium and long queues.
So yesterday VAR somehow determined that an Ecuador player was offside and ruled out their opening goal. Today VAR have not found an issue with Harry Maguire being bearhugged to the floor at a corner. It makes me concerned for decisions incorrectly going against Wales. There needs to be consistency.
England's kit: WTF?
The best result for Wales is an England win.
Nice headbut there. Ouch.
