I would go with a 0-0 draw.

Iran beat USA. We beat England by 4 goals and go through.

Note that because England aren't 2-0 up and dominating after 25 minutes or so, the USA are no mugs and have many players at top clubs and are progressing etc.

That was the worst possible result tonight. A US win would have been the best outcome. Social media has really grated today. I have gone from being happy to see England do well to wanting them to
being knocked out ASAP.
