Was just reading that he passed away quite suddenly a couple of days ago. For those who remember their rise through the divisions, plus our encounters in the early 80s, I always thought he was a really good full/wing back. Hated seeing him in their line up.

He was a regular on Call Rob wasn't he? Always seemed to be so full of life on there - I see he was sixty five, but he came across as a lot younger than that. Not a regular listener to Call Rob but now you mention it I remember his contributions and a few times as a Radio Wales summariser.
