Highly unlikely I would say. It doesn’t drop below 0 tonight and it’ll be a balmy 6 degrees at kick off.

The squad were training at the stadium yesterday - whilst the training pitches in the Vale were frozen and unusable.

If the pitch was fit to train on at short notice yesterday it should be fine for tomorrow.

Good to hear, it’s unlikely to be off but sometimes, it’s not the pitch but access to the stadium. If it ends up at 6 degrees,we should be okay.

Not a 6 pointer, but we do need to put distance between us and bottom 3.
In recent years our record v Blackpool has been good. Hopefully that will continue tomorrow.
    2-0 City

Need to go for it today. Hopefully a more attacking line up, more like the 2nd half last week:
    Allsop
    Romeo Ng Kipré O'Dowda
    Wintle Colwill Ralls
    Harris Etete Robinson

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKPOOL. Match thread

Based on Hudson's comments it doesn't look like he plans to start Colwill any time soon.

Rubin Colwill came off the bench last weekend in the draw to Stoke City, but Hudson played down the idea of the attacking midfielder being fit enough to start, after injury setbacks earlier this campaign.

Hudson said: "We have to manage the group and see what we can do with selection. He has missed a lot of football. He is someone we don’t want to risk.

"There is a plan for every individual. There is an importance on every day. The players are all driving to get on the pitch. They have got to earn the right to get in the team, everyone is trying to do that."

He says they need to "earn it" but plays Nkounkou every week and takes him off when he's inevitably been shit

Team is crying out for someone to drive from midfield

Can’t really figure that team out.

Re: CARDIFF CITY v BLACKPOOL. Match thread

tanner on the wing would have been good dont look like we will see him this season perhaps...

but i change my stance on the result now, i was underwhelmed with a 1-1 or a dissapointing 1-2, now im thinking if etete gets the service he can direct a header or 2 in.. im going for a squeeky bum 2-1 win

Not far off with my selection

He’s giving it a go… would like to see Colwill but not sure if he really fits how he wants to play.

Certainly close to the team many have been asking for, if we lose this one with (rumors of) no money in Jan we really are in the shite.

Doesn't matter if there is money.
