    Oh boo hoo.

12 years of the tories making literally every area of life worse for the average UK person while enriching their billionaire mates. In addition many of you deny climate change which will unleash hell on younger generations and voted brexit, again making life worse for young people and all you can say is 'stop being nasty'.

Your voting has real consequences. Own it.

You really can't grasp a fundamental, despite telling you numerous times. Not everyone on this planet votes, or has allegiance to a political party, or views and policies of a political party. I haven't voted for 40yrs, couldn't care less about who runs the country, yet you keep trying to delineate people and their views into political parties. Those who are left-leaning, like you, are obsessed with party politics. I couldn't give a ***.

Two years ago the Government’s in the UK were asking you to display flags and clap for the NHS…..

    Clearly a psych-op for compliance -

In your last few dozen posts you have called Gary Neville a socialist, told someone that they were quoting from The Ladybird Book of Socialist Politics and called The Guardian a left wing racist rag.

You may not vote, have a particular political leaning or give a **** but you don't half leave a vapour trail!

You don't vote and couldn't care less who runs the country and yet shout from the side at those that do? I think both those with a left and a right leaning could agree on how spineless that sounds.

    How is it spineless?

Clearly it’s not the politicians who run the country is it ?

I think that he's sort of on your side, asort of satirical attempt at agreeing with you. Although Beware, Matt is a Labour voter, he's never voted Tory.....

I think you're deliberately mis-reading my post. I give a **** alright, I just don't give a **** about any political party. I cannot stand any of them, or what they stand for and represent. That's not a difficult concept to grasp. My views are my views, not those of one particular party.

Who will you vote for at the election

I will never ever vote conservative but would vote labour liberal or very occasionally Plaid to keep the conservatives out

They may be all the same but I feel I have to use my vote

If I was forced to, possibly Labour, insomuch as the Tories have had long enough to make things better but haven't really bothered to even make an effort. They all p*ss off to make money on Boards of multi-nationals, using their 'influence', they rattle off the same sound bites yr in yr out, they p*****d billions of our money during COVID - didn't even try to get it back from frausdters, they've increased public sector employment by 500,000 yet nothing works, they'd rather hob nob with the WEF etc, they aren't bright - can't stop Albanian drug gangs and pimps coming here - even though we have 26 miles of icy sea to protect us, they think the future is electric cars and smart motorways, they'd rather pump £billions into Ukraine that help our old soldiers - shall I go on ?

I am no fan of starmer
If there was an alternative to getting the Tories out they would get my vote

Firefighters strike suspended whilst they consider a new offer.

"Since 2010, union members have experienced a 12% drop in real-terms earnings, he said."

That part interested me as this is far lower than a lot of other jobs. Seems like firefighters have been relatively insulated from this creeping real terms decrease in wages for most people. Highlights for me the complexity of the situation and why saying 'x% is fair' just doesn't cut it.

    Yeah I agree

There's always scope for statistics to be used anyway you want but that seems to be especially the case in these scenarios depending on what you consider average, what the time scales are, whether you include people rising up scales etc

Thanks as usual for your kind words AZ. 👍. They are a bit ironic for a man who never posts them, refuses to back his arguments up with them and substitutes facts for ad hominem attacks, but thanks nonetheless.

I have never made an ad hominem attack on you. I have attacked your posts - they are one-eyed loony garbage.

Shouldn't you be planning at the council?
