Lol I’m not getting tetchy Kev
I’ve had the dodgy fire sticks
Said earlier in the thread
Threw it in the bin because of buffering and other annoying issues
I don’t even know how to capture the segment of a paragraph pre posting
Not interested mate
All I want to do is click on a stream that a kind hearted fellow bluebird has taken the time to source and post
Simples
I go to all the home games
I’ve often offered spare tickets 🎫 on here
Sky are overpriced and at a grand a year they can keep it
It’s the away games I’ll always look for a stream
I’ve got NOW tv and they have football and other sports on sometimes
So to some of us the posting of live streams is much appreciated
We shouldn’t be berated for not knowing how or not interested enough to find out
Everything I do is via my phone
I don’t possess a computer
So where’s the harm in being lazy and just asking for someone to post so I can just click on ?
Ah okay, didn't know that. Is that because of the 3pm blackout or just an incentive to boost ticket sales? Could we stream Saturday away games if we wanted?
There is - and this is what the streams are. The games are shown abroad, where someone picks up the feed and links it to a website, so anyone can watch it. This is illegal in most places, hence the dodgy sites opening and closing, etc. But you can usually find it somewhere. City's Saturday games are harder to find, mainly because there are so many other games going on at the same time - Cardiff are low priority.
IPTV is an app works exactly the same as a Sky box, BT, Virgin
I am being told its less than 100 quid to set it up for a year , then 40 quid a year
That seems too good to be true and whilst for people disabled and unable to get to games or simply don't want to get a season ticket it's great it can't be good for football ?
All clubs have cameras at their games these days and you can pay is it £10 a game to watch via their streams
So every game is live
No, and believe it or not, i've never had Sky or BT sports. I'm not a casual observer of football, i can't just watch a game that i don't have a personal interest in, and i've always been that way. I don't really start watching the world cup until the knock out stage, i just get a bit bored of it. It's expensive as well, and i don't watch TV.
Same here!
I have almost zero interest in televised football, other than watching City games. It's Cardiff City all the way for me.
Many of the mid-week games kick off at 3.45am here, so it requires me to set my alarm.
I had a season pass for i-Follow but the buffering was just terrible (Internet is generally slow in China).
So I don't think having IPTV/Firestick is going to make much difference to that situation.
At least the streaming links that Maurice kindly put up were free.
We ought to start a petition to bring back Maurice!!!! 😊👍
