Transfer Embargoes, Sala Payments Etc

Does anyone know the date the embargo was actually imposed? Knowing the ineptitude of our club I wouldn't be surprised if they were a day late making the payment. WOL reporting show a difference of 25 days but they aren't the most reliable source.
