It seems you need a degree of basic skills to put a passing move together. Of course the opposition are good but much of this is self inflicted.

Just not good enough, can't cope with Croatia's pace in possession, which is killing us. Croatia haven't even got out of 2nd gear, they're committing one man into an advanced position from midfield when attacking or going all traditional and using width. Piece of ****ing piss for them!

I was expecting Ramsey to be the link player but it's just not happening. As mentioned, James, Wilson & Moore haven't seen much action lately. 1-0 down at H-T has exceeded my expectations.

Surely our ambition is to finish 2nd to Croatia. Let them beat everybody else and make our focus Latvia, Armenia and Turkey. Keep our loss to Croatia to a minimum. Sneak anything is a massive bonus.

Getting beat tonight wont be a problem, but it would be nice for us to be able to concentrate on some individual performances.

Credit to Wales, they’re still well in the game going into the last fifteen minutes - something I thought was out of the question at half time. Got to say though that our bench looks much weaker now.
