Just driving through Western Avenue and at the lights going west at the Cardiff Rd, Llandaff junction a juggler is providing the afternoon act. Performing in front of the stopped cars at the lights, then weaving past them with his cap for contributions. I think we all remember the windscreen cleaners at the lights a few years back but a circus performer is definitely a step up on the Cardiff entertainment circuit.
