    Re: Today’s football

Salah is having a shocker today just not at the races....could it be he’s fasting for Ramadan.

    Re: Today’s football

    Trossard's been a good buy.

Firmino equalises after Trent does what he’s best at.

    Absolutely...great game.

    Re: Today’s football

Brilliant save by Ramsdale, then miss of the century by Konate. Finishes 2-2.

    Re: Today’s football

What a game of football though. I can't believe how much Arsenal have improved. Two great teams. Man City ruin everything.

    Hahaha. Are you serious?
As oppose to how poor the Championship is these days?

    Amazing from Ramsdale, quality keeper.

    Disagree.
    Ramsdale apart, lacking in quality.

It was fabulous, back and forth, chances, quality, great saves
    What more do you want?

What a good game to watch, disappointed that Arsenal blew the two goal lead but fortunate to get the point at the end.

I think you are missing my point UH.
Back and forth, chances in the Championship = poor league (according to he who knows all)

Don’t think it’s a bad result for Arsenal, but I can’t help thinking Xhaka might be regretting what he did come the end of the season - Liverpool were letting Arsenal do as they pleased until then.

I think you're the one missing the point tbh.

The levels in quality are poles apart.

Doesn't TLG just mention the Champ lacks quality, not entertainment?

Title in Man City’s hands now, not that they don’t try to anyway but win every game and it’s theirs. Barring Arsenal completely swinging the goal difference. The Etihad meeting is going to be some occasion.

He's better going forward than defending, and he was Liverpool's best player today according to some ratings. He's also been in a bit of a slump for a while, and he say's he is only doing what he is told to do. And yes, he was world class when Liverpool were performing at their peak over a number of years.

He was rubbish when he played for a rubbish team (according to their fans). To look good you need to play in a quality team, and that's why I don't generally compare players who play in differing circumstances.

So how did Lee Sharpe (And countless others) Get a move from Torquay (who were/are a rubbish team) to Manchester United. And that bloke Vardy, he's done alright, he was playing for a rubbish team.
