Less sure of;

There’s no southern clubs in it. They’re all northern ones at the start.
Now to look at Google to see what the answers are.

Stoke were the first team to lose their place in the league, replaced by Sunderland. They returned with Darwen when the league increased to 14 teams. In 1892/93 Darwen were relegated to the new 12-team Second Division after just 1 season to be replaced by Newton Heath (later Man Utd), Nottingham Forest and The Wednesday (don't need to say who they became).
Next quiz question, name the 11 sides that formed the second division with Darwen!!
Grimsby Town has to be one because when the third division was formed they were put in that division so Cardiff could be in the second division.
Also go for Small Heath who are now Birmingham city, and Manchester City but forget what their original name was.
