    Brilliant first few rounds. Cordina had him hurt but he recovered well and landed a few of his own

    But was Joe doing at the end??!! He was not winning as comfortably in my book as he was in his 😰

    I was expecting a split decision draw with the time it took for the cards to come in. Rakhimov was a very decent boxer. Not sure about the 116-111 scorecard, but I wouldn’t have quibbled if he’d have nicked the result. His work rate and success rate in the latter half was fantastic. Especially after the mid-fight round where Joe buggered up Rakhimov’s eye.

    Great fight. Rakhimov deserves another go I reckon.

    Yup, 116-111, c'mon, Rakhimov didn't win 9 rounds. I gave it to joe simply because he looked the one who was in control more and his punches were more damaging, calculated. Great fight though.

    Eddie hearn definitely keen for cordina unification fight at the CCS. Wonder how many he could sell?

    Would be an interesting event if they can find a gap in the calendar.

    The problem was the majority of the crowd didn’t know it
    Totally different crowds the boxing and the football
    Great fight and a deserved points win but Joe I felt let himself down in the post fight ring interview asking Eddie Hearn when’s he getting the Rolex promised to him?
