Weak as ****. We're still paying the price for his incompetence.

    You fairweather fan!

(Says I who watched it all from the comfort of my lounge!!)

Don't know about cheering but he was getting a lot of applause.

Deservedly so in my opinion despite the last few months of his reign with us

This messagebord is used by around 5O/75 people and has a very small window of opinion.

I like him, always have even before he was our manager.

Good stuff. I’d say he got a warm welcome from a good 85-90% of the crowd around me and I’m in the Canton (aka the passionate/grumpy fans).

    Well deserved imo

I didn’t go but I’d have given him a clap, why not he gave me some of the best times during that unexpected promotion.

My thoughts exactly - he maybe marmite, but I like marmite. Saved this club from the relegation zone and got us promoted the season after. One time in the PL - he arrived at the stadium - both he and Bamba took time out to chat with the kids I had taken to the game. Both those 2 are characters and football needs characters like them.

Dont understand any hatred towards him and certainly in recent times no one can touch him in what he achieved. Morison, Harris, McMacarthy, Slade, Olly,Hudson....

Some have short memories. He made mistakes, but he isn't to blame for the Club's predicament.

A proper football man, kept us up and then delivered a promotion to the top flight. Something that's not to be repeated anytime soon.

    Club legend.

I don't know how people can read this kind of thing and somehow gloss over his monumental knack of being a self-serving arse. The guy bought a bunch of duds and then walked. We're where we are because we're a poorly run club, which is useful when you've been around the block more times than the ice-cream van. Did anyone ask him what he thought about Tan saying he was conned by Warnock?

Warnock can legitimately offer advice to a City manager about how to man manage, organise, motivate and tactics, but it’s a bit rich him talking about how transfer business should be conducted given his record in that aspect of the game in his final year here.

I notice a lot of the media are talking about Lamouchi next season as if it’s a done deal?
