There are often threads about other hobbies, well this is mine.
I was born into the sport. My father raced and owned a motorcycle shop. I met my wife at the TT and a couple of my sons were born on the Island. I’ve been through every emotion over 7 decades and lost far too many friends. Running a pit stop (hundreds of times) is the most nerve wracking & exhilarating thing I’ve ever done.
It’s a drug, an addiction that 99.9% of people simply won’t understand. It’s my addiction.

The IOM TT is addictive viewing.
I'm not into bikes at at all, but this is on another scale and totally different to track racing. It's only when you see the onboard cameras do you get a true sense of it.
The side cars are something else too.
