Correct. Or so you support slashing paintings and things?

The only difference is that the Tractor boys and girls dont normally glue themselves to the tarmac, and get far more sympathetic treatment from the constabulary.
Any evidence for that? Have they vandalized others property and things too?

No, I genuinely think there are two sides to the argument.

The farmers were using red diesel in the tractors whilst driving on public roads. Why weren't they prosecuted for that?

Of course there is. Although I'm not sure what the argument is? I think Jon and Sludge are keen to turn it into a culture war by putting them against farmers.

This is about Just Stop Oil voluntarily ending their style of protest (presumably cos it hasn't worked well)

I can't ever remember a time when climate protesters stuffed poor innocent vulnerable calves in telephone boxes not caring a damn what happened to them. All in the attempt to extract more money.

I am just responding to your nonsense culture war claim. I didnt introduce farmers to the discussion but you are very keen to invent a difference in behaviour and (why?) legality.

FWIW I am not a fan of throwing soup over paintings.

    Bollocks

The Met warned the farmers that future illegal blockades of central London outside of what had been agreed ......they caused traffic problems when they last illegally parked tractors everywhere .....would lead to arrests ....if that happened again ....so clearly they were involved in anti social and illegal parking ....hence the warning ⚠️

Unless the Met are lying ?

Farmers break the law ...its OK for Billy bunter types like you

Stop the oil ...filthy dirty criminals

You are a hypocrite and your arse is toast

Farmers breaking the law are criminals too

According to the Met warnings for future protests

They didn't have enough manpower to arrest the smelly sewage lot at the last protest

do you think the tractor that's holding you up on the road has to drain all it's agricultural diesel when it leaves the field ? agricultural diesel is allowed in agricultural vehicles, but good effort

    Re: Just stop oil

Why is everyone talking about farmers? This is about Just Stop Oil stopping their campaign of sitting in the road, stopping traffic, interrupting the snooker, slashing old paintings and the like!
