    Just finished mowing the lawn - can't stopped leaking ! Apparently it's currently 53% humidity. Fair enough, but later on, overnight it's up to 90% !

    It sounds daft, but the family who lived in this house before me put what are basically paving stones down in the kitchen. It makes the floor pretty easy to clean and I did it first thing yesterday morning. Normally in warm weather I can leave the floor to dry in a couple of hours with the back door open and I put the mop outside in the sun to dry. Last night, some fifteen hours after doing the cleaning, the floor was still sopping wet as was the mop when I brought it in from the back, I’ve never ever seen humidity like this in September before.
