I see tonight that Jacob Murphy is starting for Newcastle in the Champions league at the San Siro - whereas his twin brother was an unused substitute for Oxford on the weekend.

It's interesting that two genetically identical players can seeming be so far apart. Their progress through the youth structure was at the same rate - breaking through to first team football at the same time.

The only conclusion can be that factors outside a players innate ability are a far more important factor in success.
