We have never been equipped for the PL. Not even close. It's a tough nut to break. Look at Leicester and Blackburn. Both PL Champions. Meanwhile, Spurs and Everton have never been relegated from the PL, yet never come close to winning it.

Agree with this… Burnley maybe have a little more quality but can easily see Sheff Utd and Luton competing to avoid the record. Luton might be lucky to get double digits.
