Not in my experience, after an initial bit of griping it’s calmed down. The people I knock around with have realised that it’s made very little, if any, difference to journey times.
I just presumed it must be going faster than 20mph to be of any relevance to Wales. At 40mph it goes faster than Englands lowest speed limit.

That's not true. I think our education system is pretty good. I think our healthcare system is essentially the same.
I do think the 20mph thing is stupid though, that's correct.
