Yeah this is definitely not ad-libbed.
I doubt this was ad-libbed per se but there was interaction with the audience which is very clever.
Like many comedy greats she had her demons.
Always liked Caroline Aherene and she was a great comedy writer.
The Royal Family is a classic paving the way for less classical (but successful) reality comedy shows.
The way she keeps the continual conversation with the audience going and goes off on tangents is absolutely incredible
No way could she rehearse that other than to have a general outline
