Not sure how much has been revealed about this, i did see the initial article in IC Wales, the chap was a previous boss of my mum one of life's gooduns cannot say anything more I'm not sure if the name has been released, had a quick check on IC Wales and don't see it.

Perhaps i have the wrong incident, I doubt if a 23 year old would have been my mums boss back then, very sad.
