    Ipswich town

    May have peaked too early.
Looking at their recent run of form has been a bit hit and miss

It reminds me of our run after we started the 2006/07 season so well. We weren't losing many, but we couldn't find wins.

Watching the highlights Preston pressed them really well and the keeper and defenders couldn't cope

THAT was the worst example of a team trying to play beyond their ability, i.e. the 'written in stone' belief that this is how you have to play to be called a "true footballing side".
It was comical. The Ipswich 'keeper made Runnarson look competent.

Right in the mix. We actually got 5 points from our final 11 games to the end of the season !!

Yep and 2 from our last 9. It was the worst end of season run in our history and the only time Jones's side finished in the bottom half.
