    Dale and Pike were banging in the goals in my early days of supporting Cardiff.

    Cheers Sludgey, one of the few highlights during Hibbert's Reign of Terror, was watching Dale putting the ball in the back of the net.

    Really nice guy too, met him a few years ago doing sparky work on my mums house. Rocking around the lower leagues mid 90’s but I enjoyed following is then far more than now….must just be an age thing 1993 & 1994 were exceptional years in so many ways.

    He did live just outside Newport and he worked for an electrical firm based in Lisvane. I’m sure someone told me he might have moved to Devon but not sure…..

    It was, he was one of the first Rick Wright signings along with Paul Millar, think Paul Ramsey was signed around the same time.
