If you mean up Tudor Rd or Fitzhamon Embankment, over the Bridge down Wood Street past the BBC then YES you can

You can’t turn left up Mill lane or you’ll get a fine

You go straight past the walk about pub under the bridge to Callaghan Square

You can do it on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as well if you want.

Most confusing. I did it a month or two ago. Down Wood St, right on to St Mary St and I was so confused I did not drive through towards Callaghan Sq but I turned right into the station area and turned around and went back the way I came.

I don't like Central Cardiff when driving anymore.

You really ought to be in Southampton to go into St Mary's.
