Would Ramsey fit the managers role ???

With a lack of suitable candidates out there and fans losing confidence in Erol, would a wild gamble on Aaron possibly be the way forward ?

Not for me, I wouldn’t mind him being involved coaching wise but then I always think a manager should be allowed to bring in his own people.

In saying that I also have no idea how good a coach he would even be lol.

    Has he done his badges?

I think he said recently that he’s currently doing them.

He is a bright lad, local I can't see him wanting to move all around the country. We need a head of football/ DoF more than anything......That is his role for me

We don't need no stinkin' badges

Zero managerial experience. Just what we need.

Worldly experience, will get players in because of who he is.
But good players tend to make poor managers

I would say that without an ounce of managerial or coaching experience, knowing absolutely nothing of his character or footballing philosophy, tactical ability etc... It's an absolute yes from me. This is Ramsey we are talking about, A legend. Give him the job right now.

I imagine he'll do the same as Bellamy, helping out with the youth teams and then maybe going on to coach the u21s or something

I think he's probably better suited for management than Bellers is

Absolutely this. He was co commentator on sky for the first 15 mins of the Ipswich game. Said about his badges and speaks to arteta a lot.

I think it's more likely he'll be part of arsenal coaching staff with him next season but he sounded like a manager in waiting for sure.

I'd be fascinated with everything that happened with him as manager. Absolutely fascinated so definite yes.

He might convince Osian Roberts to help ease him in

I'd have osian as manager also.

Yes I know someone will say make him DoF but isn't it going to happen just make him manager if we can't get Ramsey

Without having any clue over Osian Roberts ability as a coach, but reading this message board for long enough to know that he's brilliant and he loves Wales, and he looks a bit Mediterranean, then I'd have hime here in a heartbeat. Manager and coach with Ramsey as his right hand man.

This is how simple it is. I'd get Jimmy Bullard in because he'd be good for the dressing room.

Johnny Williams too - we'd have the best dressing room going 👍

Maybe it is all part of a cunning plan - Ramsey announced at the end of the season and has been out all this time doing his badges and setting up recruitment deals ready to hit the ground running on June 1st 👍 simples as we are renowned for our forward planning and off field strategy
